So now we have an actual surveillance video of the neighbor throwing rocks onto our roof. You can see him holding up a larger mirror above the fence-line (it doesn't actually film into his back yard, just ours + the fence and fence-line) in four different areas, followed by the LOUD sound of the rock hitting and rolling slightly on our roof.

Landlord: "What is RTA?" It is ILLEGAL to rent property now without being familiar with RTA law. And he's (supposedly) never heard of it.
